Community Development Program Expanded

The Government of Canada has made changes to the Community Development Program, Building Rural and Northern Partnerships, an initiative designed to improve the economic opportunities in rural and northern areas.  The addition of a new component to the program will allow rural communities to move forward and actually implement local initiatives and strategic activities.

Multiculturalism Grants & Contributions Program

On June 27, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) launched Inter-Action, Canada’s new Multiculturalism Grants and Contributions Program.  This program supports the Canadian Multiculturalism Act by assisting the socio-economic integration of individuals and communities by building a socially cohesive society.

Youth Take Charge Program Accepting Applications for Funding
